I just had to share a little something with you all, I wear a Fitbit everyday to moniture my physical activity I adore my Firbit because it so accurately tracks my steps! Most days I try to aim for a goal of 10,000 steps, Chris and I do like to compete so I love when I get more! But I have been blowing those 10,000 steps out of the water this trip.
Walking in London is no joke. Most people walk to where they need to go combined with the use of public transit. Below you'll see snap shots of my fitbit totals for the first three days in London!
That is a totally of 59,144 steps in three days which is the equivalent of 24.29 miles! Bring it on London !
